Ristorante Casa Capitano is the result of a lifelong dream of owners Thomas and Elizabeth Brilotti of sharing their passion for food and aviation. Owner Thomas Brilotti, a corporate pilot, was in the aviation industry for over 40 years, as Quality Assurance Pilot, Pilot Examiner, Instructor and Entry Into Service Pilot for Bombardier Aerospace, and as simulation Test Pilot for CAE. His passion for his craft is evidenced in Ristorante Casa Capitano’s aviation themed décor, from the Wright W670 radial engine-turned ceiling fixture to the many photos of his exciting adventures abroad. Owner Elizabeth, a Microbiologist for Pfizer has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. Her experience ranges from microbiology lab analyst to Quality Control Manager. Although their professional backgrounds are very different, both Thomas and Elizabeth share a common passion for great food. Both raised in traditional Italian households, their lives revolved around great
food and great company! Their goal is to provide you with a memorable dining experience through their delicious family recipes all made fresh on a daily basis and excellent customer service.
